[ it sure is convenient just getting a cell phone handed to you when you move in, right? modern technology is great. a bunch of you have probably made some attempt to learn how the thing works (if you didn't know already) and have made all sorts of friends you keep in touch with, so the sound of an incoming text message shouldn't be all that surprising... except a quick glance shows it's from a number you don't recognize at all. huh?!

as for the people who haven't bothered messing with it at all... well, sucks to be you! those of you in that category had better learn at least how to silence it, and fast. there are a lot of texts coming in, for some reason... ]

[It's still there! It's mostly laying flat though, unconsciously twitching out of the way of stuff as Rin moves about in the kitchen preparing things.]

[The hot one will be easy enough to make at least, since it's just sauteing the leaves with some oil and a few other ingredients.]

When you cook it like this, you gotta be careful to only cook it for like a few minutes tops. It gets all wilty if you cook it for too long.

Eeeh, so not a 'leave it and come back to it later' kind of dish.

Nah, cabbage is better for stuff like that.

...hmm. It wouldn't be TOO hard to make 'stuffed cabbage' with lettuce instead of cabbage.
