It's not really harmful unless I let it be. Like donating blood. If you got stabbed and all your blood came out that'd be bad, but you could give away some of it safely and it would just go back to normal in a while.

I've also lived for a few thousand years. Am very hard to kill. Demon powers. Could charm and seduce if I wanted to, don't really bother outside the being hot and awesome. Etc.
