[A very unusual-looking cutie is standing in the foyer of the Tidy Living apartments today. You definitely haven't seen them before. They are repeatedly pressing the elevator button, then jumping when it opens]

But I don't get it... I know the ding means get in, but who's opening and closing the doors...? Is someone here raising and lowering it? Ahh, and when I went upstairs, it was completely incomprehensible...

Oh! All right. I understand animal reproduction, at least. They mate to make new animals to replace them when they die off.

Humans do seem very soft... [not reaching for immediately that would be rude but now they are SO curious about softness] Gems have to be careful about touching each other too roughly or quickly. Harder gems can easily damage more fragile ones. I guess humans don't have that problem.

Wow, just like stones back home. I mean, not all of us have that problem, but some of us can definitely hurt each other by accident.
