[ You were probably minding your own business, just doing normal business things like working or walking or not going to work. NORMAL THINGS.

Some of you may be drawn to a rather odd door that you can find behind the mall... I am Jack's Unique Sense of Millennial Apathy and this is fight club.





Other people might just be checking out some like. stores where you don't have to bleed to buy.

That's the way it looks. I haven't actually been here all that long. But one guy has been here fifty years.

I haven't actually met many people here who aren't new, though.

Fifty years ...

[ marveling, and shaking his head ]

I cannot even imagine. Is he insane, at this point?

I haven't talked to him much, but he seems okay. He owns Heavenly Grounds. I guess for a few decades he was a useless drunk or something, though. He didn't handle being locked up well.

I cannot imagine most would. At least with new arrivals it would change up decently.

I'm also not sure if new arrivals are a constant or this is a sort of... seasonal upsurge.

Oh, and I'm not sure if we get seasons...

Anyway.

I would hope there would be some seasonal variety. Does it rain, or snow?

So far I've seen rain, and raining umbrellas....

Some weird things like that happen, now and then.
