Flyers are raining down with "helpful icebreakers" like, "Hi, do you like [ insert name of alcoholic beverage ] and getting caught in the [ insert type of meteorological disaster ]?" or "I'm looking for: [ A Master/A Servant/Bees??? ]"

Maybe it'd be a good way to make a connection. Or, if not, you could be unaffected and just going about your day.

He will almost definitely say more weird shit if he gets drunk but he's seen Rose drunk enough times to know he won't care, which sounds fucking awesome.
