Well - like you said, it would be easier to identify if it were a gang symbol. Having said that, it's not unlikely that it isn't - or it isn't unlikely that it might be taken as one.

Not in particular, but I don't know if this person would incidentally be part of a criminal organization or not.

There's a small likelihood the person that I'm looking for is so shameless as to have such a symbol out in the open. It's rather conspicuous, after all. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who has covered their left hand up, somehow.
