[You're behind the steering wheel of a car, specifically. Chuuya's car.

The car is in space or... something that looks sort of like it could be space, if you mind that there aren't really any stars just sort of void that shifts through different textures and dark hues.

Also you are very light. Almost weightless. A literal featherweight. ]

[The familiar purr of the engine revs up and the car glides forward, as smooth a ride as it ever was. The slight movement brings the Yokohama skyline into view though--- the lighting on it isn't right and.. you're too far away to see what it is, exactly, but it's definitely Not Really Yokohama]

[ well, okay, let's go to not Yokohama ]

[You head toward Yokohama, and it becomes clear that it's a.. ways out there. Driving through the void. Of course, your car can go quite fast so it might not take too long. Roadway seems to magically collect before the wheels of the vehicles, so it is driving rather than flying, but going exactly where you want to go.

In the rear view mirror, there's what appears to be the familiar lights of the quiet mounds apartments]

the closer you get the more obvious it is that it's not.. not yokohama it's not even kind of yokohama it's some sort of. massive wireframe art piece shaped like yokohama's skylines. In the distance, the blur the neon lights just looked kind of off, but now you can see the void through the silhouettes of familiar buildings.

There are some bright points that seem to stand out, but it's all Familiar Enough, and you know your way around Yokohama, don't you?]

[You can't approach it the same way you are used to, but there is a wireframe of what ought to be Chuuya's apartment building, and up toward the time, a blue square of neon light. by all appearances, nothing but another part of the wireframe but it certainly stands out from the surrounding area.]

[nothing stops you from getting out of the car, there is even a bit of road to stand on, since the car seems to sort of create it wherever it goes.

It's sort of like a window within a silhouette, towards the top of the 'building', where Chuuya's apartment would generally be located.]

[You're light, so light you could stand on a wire and not need to worry about falling and, that's good! Because you are! Specifically some sort of steel cord, the kind used in building construction. The wire connects to some sort of wireframe?? something? You can't quite tell from this angle. It's brightly colored, neon, very bright against the near void you're standing in.

You can hear music, jazz, specifically. And, from a different direction, the sound of slot machine levers being pulled, and roulette wheels whirling.]

[... welp. time to tightrope walk across this wire toward all the colors and sounds.]

[you tightrope walk your way past the outline of a building, made out of twisted metal and more cord like the one you're walking on. There is no apparent life beyond the sound you follow, but it does lead to neon lit 'door'. By all appearances, it's just more wireframe, you can see the haze of the void on the other side, but it's definitely where the music is coming from.]

[You're in a jazz club! It's... sort of... generic? It might be one of a hundred such clubs, small little round tables, a live band playing some dance music, various faceless figures dance, mingle, drink. The music is clear but there is a warm murmur of just People, breathing, talking, laughing, drinking.

Chuuya sits at the bar, looking relaxed and happy, one foot tapping to the rhythm, drinking something brown from a small glass]
