Oh, no, only on some islands. Worship of most of the primal beasts has been forgotten for centuries.

I have yet to meet an "ordinary person" who can open doors with a wave of their hand. Not these sorts of doors, anyway.

Really? Abilities like that are quite common where I'm from. Conjuring flame to sear in battle, a veil of water to protect against poisons...

What - - and humans do these sorts of things?
