There is a very loud, very nasty thunderstorm. Prepare to be drenched and hit with winds that make you stagger if you're outside, and prepare and to be comforting extremely spooked pets. The power flickers from time to time, but never goes out.

Of course it doesn't last forever, and it clears up in the evening, leaving everything wet and muddy and foggy. But until then, Gosh.

1. a particularly large gust of wind blew this guy right into the side of a dumpster. after he hits it he just kind of leans on it, as if walking away is just too much effort for his completely soaked ass.

2. you might find him in the elevator on the way up to the apartments. btw the elevator is giving him trouble, as in, will let people on but not take him to his apartment and he's drenched. Probably by the time you get on he's given up and is just sitting on the floor in a wet pile drinking because booze will keep him warm right. ]
