Heavenly Grounds just added a hot breakfast menu. It's just basic sandwiches and pastries, but there's nothing like a sausage and egg muffin to soak up the party poison.]

...Dunno. Honestly I was expectin' you to be less agreeable than this. Somethin' more like, sure I'll make you a car, it'll be ten thousand dollars, and I'd have to be like... sure, I'll be able to afford that in a few years on my cafe paycheck.

If there are other options I'm open to 'em. Other than the creepy ones.

What can I say, I've been in a basement for two weeks. I'm looking for a project.

Does cafe paycheck mean you already have a job?

I've worked at the cat cafe in the mall for a few weeks, yeah. It's sorta on a trial basis though. I wouldn't say no to somethin' else.

[he nods]

Any other marketable skills? Or just the Road Warrior thing?

Uh, I was pretty good at the publicity part of bein' a racer, too. Doin' interviews and stuff. Not sure there's much call for that, though. And I was a waitress at the diner in my town before we made it big. That's about it.

Yeah, I believe that. Okay. Well. How about I mock up some designs and we assume that at some point down the line, I can call in a favor.

I guess? Kinda seems like if you can make somethin’ like that you could make it do somethin’ better than make sandwiches.

Like what? I have a lot of toys that aren't on display.
