Not only is Spicy Discord completely full of costumes and decked out with spoopy decorations and instructions to add MORE decorations (employees, have fun, you are required to wear costumes every single day for the next two weeks), but the whole mall has been accosted by smoke machines and fancy lights. The merchants are all in spooky skeleton outfits, and there are huge boxes of decorations dropped off at LuXe and Heavenly Grounds. There are sugar skulls for painting and pumpkins for carving. Since there's no real time, a huge digital ticker has been placed in front of the mall:

Or just in Spicy Discourse in general. He's been eyeing this shop since he found out it existed, okay. His time has finally come!

He's ignoring things like pumpkins and more costumey-looking costumes and browsing the vampire-looking "classy" shit like this and boots along these general lines. Considering that this is what he's already wearing, maybe not too surprising.
