I find my curiosity piqued in regards to that places certain mind altering properties.

Oh, that part of it hardly bothers me. You might even say I'm rather used to it. What worries me more, to be perfectly frank, is the habit these places have of putting that sort of mind-altering ability into the hands of those who would normally not possess it.

We can't control who has power of the mundane sort, can we? This isn't remarkable. It's only an extension of things.
