WHEN idk whenever you want
[ In lieu of therapy for everyone who needs it, a number of signs and posters have appeared all over town, printed with helpful advice like REMEMBER TO BREATHE and LET NEGATIVE THOUGHTS GO. There's also the occasional HAVE YOU EATEN YET TODAY? and BREAK DOWN YOUR TASKS! ONE STEP AT A TIME! Here and there are posters with more detailed instructions for simple mindfulness meditations.
That's most of them, anyway. Now and then you might run across one calling out your issues specifically, which may be embarrassing or upsetting, but surely they're just trying to help? Whatever they are. ]
