WHERE The Park and The Mall
WHEN ~Halloween~
The sun rises, and sets. And rises, and sets. Over and over, in spooky slow motion, until it sets and stays nighttime... All day. When you see the moon, it has a spooky grin like a carved, glowing moon pumpkin.
There are cackles in the air, bats, ghosts, coffins and skulls! Glowing, floating candles! Mist and lit pumpkins are everywhere! Lanterns guide the way to glowing punch and pies and candy, whole tables of Halloween treats. There's a path of doors - just, floating doors - to trick or treat for the kids. And for everyone, there is a ball, with a skeleton band playing a jazzy Halloween tune. All the npcs vendors are in costume. There's a haunted house, and a corn maze??
Costumes are required. If you aren't wearing one, you will be poofed into one.
