[It's a full DAY over by the Tekkadan encampment.
If you come by earlier, you'll find Orga and whoever else working on breaking ground on a new building, digging and laying foundation, with a nearby table full of papers and books.
If you are one of the many people who VOLUNTEERED TO HELP you can assume Orga sent you a text and found something for you to do, whether it's getting supplies from the mall, digging, churning cement, whatever else goes into building a large garage.]
[and if you come by LATER after the work has slowed down and everyone is tired, you will find there is cake and beer and some harder alcohols. The cake is actually a giant cinnamon roll, and Link gets the first 'piece' since he's the newest member of Tekkadan.]
