[This afternoon, you might run into Alberich on the streets. He has a free map of Quiet Mounds obtained from the information desk at the library, and is carefully pacing each street and making notes on the map. Except that whenever he has to double back or tries to check something, he gets a different result. He's not cursing, at least, but you may well hear a "hmph."
